Rental Terms & Conditions

Rent directly from owners of villas and apartments in Spain with Rental contract with the owner of the property and booking deposit is paid directly to the owner's bank account.

Non-refundable booking deposit is paid in advance and makes usually 20-50% of the rental contract and its size is set by the owner. The rest of the rent is paid on arrival. If booking is cancelled or amended the deposit stays with the owner.

On signing in you will also have to pay security deposit set by the owner (300-1000 euros). The size of the deposit depends on the size, type and cost of the property your rent. The deposit is paid on the day of arrival and is refunded on the day of departure if the property is not damaged. If it is, then the cost of the damage is withdrawn from the deposit.

Rental cost includes departure cleaning, electricity, gas and water, linen laundry, pool and parking usage expenses.

Any additional service on request (regular cleaning, cook or baby-sitter) is paid separately and ordered in advance.

Rental formalities and procedures

After you apply for rent via our website we contact you to confirm the booking for the required period and discuss any other details of your rent or your specific needs.

We email you banking details for paying the booking deposit.

As soon as the deposit is on the account of the owner you receive Rental Contract, signed by the owner of rented property as confirmation of the booking.

On the day of arrival to Spain we collect you at the airport or any other desired place and transfer or accompany you to the rental.

On signing in you pay the rest of the rental contract and the security deposit.

On signing out we collect the keys and refund the security deposit if the property is undamaged

Tenant responsibilities

A tenancy brings certain responsibilities. It's important you stick to the rules and don't break your tenancy agreement. You should always look after the property as best you can and avoid causing damage to it. Living on the premises you should follow instructions for property usage and rules of communal behavior. Tenant should properly deal with their rubbish and reasonable consume water and electricity.
